Gone Grooming

During holiday rush, please read below:

Safety for ALL is #1. We schedule accordingly for all types of dog personalities to ensure ease of flow at our facility. 
 

• To ensure safety of ALL our appointments:
  1. Call/text if running late
  2. Please arrive on time or up to 10 minutes early. Arriving earlier than said time, please wait outside our facility til their appointment.
  3. Any dogs with fleas will be sent home, Fleas multiply quickly and could spread throughout our facility. 
   

• Pickup Policy: All dogs finished grooming must be picked up WITHIN 30 Minutes of our "Ready for pick-up" call or text to avoid a $1/min fee. We cannot house dogs longer than their allotted grooming times.
   

• Nail Trims:  During the holidays, please text or call us, and well provide a time window to bring your pet in our shop. After the holidays, we will resume walk-ins for nail trims.
   

• Appointments may take longer due to holiday rush, we will text or call you 15-30 minutes before they are ready for pickup. 
   

• Same-day availability: Call or text us!
   

• New Clients: Deposit is required when making an appointment and balance due upon pickup.
