Welcome to our dog grooming facility! We are so excited to have you and your pup join us. Our staff of experienced groomers will take great care of your furry friend. From the moment your car pulls into our designated parking area, our team will be ready to assist you and your pup.

Once inside, our groomers will discuss the various services available to you and your pup. We offer everything from basic baths to specialty coat treatments, tailored to your pup's needs. We also offer a variety of styles and cuts to make your pup look and feel their best! Our services are priced based on coat, temperament and style, so please let us know your pup's needs when you arrive.

Once you and your pup have decided on a service, our groomers will take your pup to the nearby grooming station. Your pup will be groomed with the utmost care and attention, ensuring that they look and feel their best. When the groom is complete, our groomers will bring your pup back to you, looking and feeling wonderful!

Terms & Conditions Agreement for Mobile Grooming in Ocean Acres

TERMS AND CONDITIONS: At Gone Grooming Llc, we take pride in providing you with the best possible grooming services for your beloved canine companion. We want to make sure that both you and your pup have a safe and enjoyable experience, so we have put together the following terms and conditions for your review. ​ All clients must present current rabies paperwork or certificate of exemption before being admitted for grooming services. Clients can upload here, email us, or present said paperwork at time of appointment.  We reserve the right to refuse service to any pet that appears to be in distress or exhibiting aggressive behavior. We reserve the right to refuse service if a staff member discovers health issues prior to grooming and will call owner for immediate pickup.  Owner must inform us of any fleas prior to grooming. If owner is unaware, staff will phone owner to inform, and additional fees apply. Owners must inform us of any skin or medical conditions prior to the grooming session. We are not responsible for any injury or illness that your pet may sustain outside our Van, not in current care of your pet. Clients are liable for any damages or injuries caused by their pets. Canine "Mystery" Virus: If your dog(s) have been boarded or to a daycare facility, they can get groomed 2 weeks AFTER they return home or a vet clearance is req'd. If your dog(s) show signs of coughing, sneezing, wheezing, running eyes, nose , and/or any respiratory issues, they will need a vet clearance before returning to grooming. Courtesy reminder calls are done the day before your appointment. If you have a Monday appointment, a staff member will call or text on a Saturday. Mobile grooming arrival times may vary, we give a 30 to 1 hour window. Cancelation fees: For MONDAY appointments, please give 48 hours notice to avoid a $25 fee, since we are closed Sundays. PLEASE provide a 24 hour notice, on all other days, to avoid a $25 Fee . We reserve the right to charge a non-refundable booking deposit to hold an appointment. Booking deposit will be applied to the final price upon pickup. If client cancels or NO SHOWS, client will lose the appointment and deposit. If no one will be home, during the appointment, inform groomer prior to appointment, for further directions.  For health reasons, If a dog has knotting or matting, a groomer has the right to make a shorter haircut. Dogs over the age of 12 may require vet clearance before grooming. Gone Grooming, LLC, reserves the right to take photos and/or video for marketing and training purposes. We reserve the right to charge additional fees for matted coats. We reserve the right to refuse service to any pet that we deem to be too large for our grooming services. With mobile in high demand, we cannot take "nails only". Grooming completion times vary daily. If a client has a time restriction, inform the staff when making your appointment only, NOT during consultation. Payments: Payments are due at time of grooming. We accept Venmo, paypal, Credit card, and cash. NO CHECKS. If payment declines, Gone Grooming LLC has the right to hold the pet until the owner has returned for payment. ​ By agreeing to these terms and conditions, you are agreeing to release Gone Grooming LLC from any and all liability associated with the grooming services we provide.
